Yes I have, my ex wife blindsided me pretty good, but that was over 10 years ago. I've also been blindsided pretty good on this forum on occasion also.

Yes! In more ways than one! I was friends with this guy in high school for YEARS we dated for a short time when I was a sophmore I think & he broke up w/ me because I wouldn't have premarital sex. We were friends after high school and both moved to the Los Angeles area. So fast forward 5 years and he comes out of the closet and tells me he's GAY and living w/ his boyfriend. Now I didn't really mean to offend him but I really thought he was just trying to pull my leg or see if he could pull one over on me for laughs. It totally took it as a joke & didn't take it seriously.
So there you have it, blind sided. I couldn't help but laugh and say I wouldn't have sex w/ him & NOW HE'S GAY. LOL
In a physical sense I have also been broad sided or blindesided in that I was riding in the middle front seat of a car next to my friend & his mom was driving and as we went through a quiet neighborhood intersection and we were all laughing and enjoying each other's company and then we were SMASHED INTO by a car that had ran a red light one intersection over. We were spun around and then they drove off. I was a victim of a HIT & RUN at age 13. Not fun.

Oh yeah. He got here to me sooner or later holiday of the blue and stated he needed a divorce. I had no theory this replaced into coming. We have been given divorced. I wasn't going to beg him to stay. If he did no longer choose to be with me, I had to locate different thoughts.

You bet, my sister turned my brother against me and tried to turn my husband against me three years ago at my dads funeral. I lost a whole family instead of just a dad. Mom finally came around, but still believes the lies of my sister.i
