I mean what is the guys problem. Julio has been very good for them, and he runs him out there when they have like a 5 run lead. Julio gives up two runs, and the Dbacks still win, but what the hell? Not to mention that he does that same thing again on Saturday with a 4 run lead, Julio walks 3 batters and gets taken out of the ball game, Dbacks still win, but im sure this will be horrible for Julio in the long run.

Tony Pena got the save...did he not? Be happy with the decision to pull Julio. Had Pena went on to give up hits to Piazza and Bellhorn that allowed the Padres to tie or capture the lead, you could blame the pitching coach, but the bottom line is winning. The coach obviously saw something wrong with Julio, something he possibly was unable to correct today and Bryan Price did not want to risk it. In the long run, this is not horrible for Julio because he was in similar situations with the Orioles. Once he reaches a consistency level of say Scott Linebrink then it could hurt his psyche in the future.
