Yes. I refuse to work with adults. I work as a nanny with children. Children are so much more mature in many ways. If one kid does something to another they fight - then they are fine and play again. If one adult gets angry with another - they hold a grudge for years.
That's just one example. I will only work in homes where the adults go to work AWAY from home. I have worked for parents who work at home and it is a nightmare.
I try to avoid adults if at all possible.

Yes you should. If you want to act like a child then you should be treated like one. Don't be an adult when it suits you.

No, I always treated my babies very nicely.
I think that when adults act like that, they should be ignored, if they are not hurting anybody, and stopped, if they are.
