I just started sewing and I have no clue what to do! Is there a diagram I could look how the thread is threaded through the sewing machine?

Yes... machines are different. You need to look in your owners manual. If you dont have one go to their website. Maybe you can find something there. If you know any neighbors ask if they sew. Even if they dont have the same machine they could probably figure it out. m

On more recent machines they sometimes have a diagram on the top and front of the machine using dotted lines to show you how to set the thread - at least my two machines from the early 80's have this.

For threading the machine:
Most sewing machines, be they mechanical or computerized, still use the take up lever - that thing that goes up and down. You should see if you can find the guides to move the thread over and down, and then make sure the thread goes in the hole for the take up lever, then guide it back down to the needle.

The bobbin may not be so simple: there are two types of bobbins - a drop in or a rotary. If you have a metal thing to put your bobbin into, you have a rotary. If you can see your bobbin, you have a drop in. Both types will wind at the top of the machine, out of the case. You will need to run the thread through a guide before winding the bobbin, to help keep tension in the bobbin thread. Then after it is wound, either put it in the case and pull through the side guide or drop it in and pull thread as machine instructs.

I tried to find photos, but all were for vintage machines, which showed the bobbin on the side, and I thought it might confuse you more than help.
