House! Everything about it is brilliant, and the recurring drama is kept to a minimum, but still good. It's the perfect show as far as I'm concerned.

Obvious choice
I'll take the 'smart, manipulating bastard' anyday over 'Mcdreamy'
for some reason he's sexier. It doesn't hurt that he's this world acclaimed doctor with a subtle british accent.
Besides for some reason i prefer to try and figure out who House will sleep with - Stacey, Cuddy or Cameron, than watch how Mcdreamy and Meredith try not to sleep with each other on every episode.
