I'm sorry I don't know what she has, but you need to separate her from the other chickens as soon as possible to ensure the others won't get sick. Keep her in a warm place and get her to a vet that specializes in birds or farm animals. Bird flu isn't too common yet so I doubt she has it, though, west nile is a possibility. Antibiotics probably isn't the best idea as whatever your chicken has can become immune to antibiotics and become stronger.

You shouldn't have put antibiotics in their water. That could cause other types of microbes and germs to grow a resistance to that particular antibiotic. What you need to do is take the chicken to the vet and find out what it has, do what the doctor says, and ask about preventative measures for the other chickens. The vet is your best way to go.
