The Invincible Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk have waged battle several times.
The Hulk has been victorious more than Iron Man has. These two characters have been teammates briefly as Avengers. Even then The Hulk was a volatile figure to deal with.
The first battle I remember seeing was not pretty for Tony Stark. I believe The Hulk pulled out an entire handful of Iron Man's chestplate. This was when Stark had his first armor, which was a yellow-golden contraption, which was sort of cool for the 1960's.
After that battle, Tony had no choice but to up-grade the armor, to battle the gargantuan-like Hulk.
Iron Man finally got his due in an Iron Man issue in the early 1980's. The fight was monumental because it went to the wire. The end result was that Iron Man placed every ounce of his armors' power into one last punch. The uppercut punch was so devastating that it knocked The Hulk off his feet and out cold, creating a huge ditched hole in the ground.
The sacrifice fell on Tony Stark, though who almost died from delivering the blow.
The Iron Man and Hulk battles are always glorious. I enjoy reading them. As time goes on The Hulk always get stronger and angrier, but Stark gets smarter, always creating better and stronger suits, i.e. War Machine.
With Stark's upgrades its only a matter of time before The Hulk runs out of steam.

Oh, I'm not sure that Tony Stark would always win with the ladies. I think that quite a few of them might wonder what old Hulkie-poo has under those purple shorts of his.
