It is one person with a bunch of different yahoo accounts which they aren't supposed to have. If you want report them and they will be gone before long.

Yes, they are probably the same 15 year old philipino girl. She is very good at garnering attention. She must want attention. If she didn't have a racist streak I would be a fan of hers. The RICE stuff is funny and innocent.

Just report them - they are all violating at least a half dozen guidelines. If they get reported each time, this will stop soon enough.
