I'm a beginner and I just got my license. I went to various places today and I only found 2 Kawasaki Ninja 250's total which were both out of my price range.
Where can I find a cheap and used one besides eBay

See I was gonna make a joke about finding a Ninja in the shadows behind you, and you had to ruin it by explaining your question. I would recommend checking the want adds, and just Googlen The type of bike you want. Location might narrow it down for you too. I don't think I would want to buy a bike off of E-Bay any way. Ninjas are trained to hide in the shadows. If you find a ninja, obviously he doesn't have the REAL ULTIMATE POWER and is more than likely a fake ninja. Or a pirate.

if 250's are out of your price range you might want to look at bicycles or a scooter. you cant get much cheaper than those small bikes. or save your money for a bigger bike.

Have the dealership look for you. They have connections to auto/bike auctions and can find a bike in your range for you. If they want the sale, they will help.
