No more so than a fish in a fish tank is living in your family room. The earth protects us completely from the environment of space so I would say no we don't "live in" space.

Technically, outer space is defined as the empty area outside the atmosphere of celestial bodies. Therefore, since we are in the Earth's atmosphere, we are not in outer space.

Yes we do live in space. EVERYTHING in this universe "lives in space". You cannot escape it. However, we are protected by the atmosphere and therefore do not think about it terms of "living in space".
**By the way, good question. I have often pondered this myself.

Yes, we live in space. Fortunately, the earth is contained in its own little 'bubble', which is called our atmosphere, and this is what allows us to stay alive.

We certainly do !
Our part of space , because we are in the solar system, is called 'innerspace' .
The space beyond Pluto is called "outer-space "
