Griese..BOB
A true..team player.selfless...

He led the Dolphins to three consecutive Super Bowls from 1971 to 1973, winning the contest in 1972 and 1973. The 1972 Dolphins are the only undefeated team in NFL history.

An American Football League All-Star in 1967 and 1968, he was the only quarterback in modern professional football history to lead his team to a perfect season and a league championship, in 1972. In 1990 he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

This is a very hard question. My personal choice is John Elway. He was the ultimate competitor who was also a terrific athlete. Joe Montana, Dan Marino, Bart Starr, Johnny Unitas, Terry Bradshaw, Troy Aikman, and Jim Kelly make up a very good list of great past QB standouts. Elway was a superior clutch performer.

"Uncle Ricco. They would have won state if the coach would have put him in." LOL - Love that answer!

But seriously... Joe Montana.

He wasn't the biggest, the fastest, didn't have the strongest arm but he just won. I set him apart from other top quarterbacks because he played at his best when under the most pressure in big games. All you have to do is look at his playoff records (he wasn't perfect but pretty damn good) and his Super Bowl record/statistics - nobody even comes close to his numbers.

Joe Montana. Not the greatest arm of all time, but over all simply the greatest QB.

John Elway by far!--Montana was great but for most of his career he played with a far superior team than Elway. In spite of being surrounded with subpar talent for a lot of his career Elway was still able to lead his team to the playoffs and super bowl. Once he was surrounded with great talent he was able to win Super Bowls just like Montana
