The area of waters do yes,but the mysteries of the "Bermuda Triangle" we are told do not.The Bermuda Triangle or Devil’s Triangle is a mythical geographic area located off the southeastern coast of the United States. It is noted for an apparent high incidence of unexplained losses of ship, small boats, and aircraft.
The Coast Guard does not recognize the existence of the so-called Bermuda Triangle as a geographic area of specific hazard to ships or planes. In a review of many aircraft and vessel losses in the area over the years, there has been nothing discovered that would indicate that casualties were the result of anything other than physical causes. No extraordinary factors have ever been identified. One of lifes great mysteries!!!

Nope, not at all. There is an excellent book, by Lawrence Kusche, 'The Bermuda Triangle Mystery - Solved'
He examines the major cases quoted in many post Charles Berlitz books, and debunks every one. But more significantly, by taking an investigative, journalistic approach, he explodes the myth itself. There simply isn't any triangle - the statistics do not show any significant higher loss of shipping in the area than in any other comparable area. It is the mystery that never was!

the bermuda triangle it does exist , it is the ocean between 3 countrys ( in shape of a triangle ) it is famous for unexplained situations happening there , people going missing n things , there was a documentary on tv a while ago about it , they reckon there is some active forse beneeth the ocean with causes really strange weather , jfk junior was apparently flying his plane over there when he last all radio contact and was never seen again . some people say its a big monster , but i think the documenary is right , more likely to be an active force under the sea .

The area exists - it's approximately the triangular area between Bermuda, Puerto Rico and Fort Lauderdale in Florida. Lots have ships and planes have disappeared there, but that could just be a coincidence.

Yes it exists, and the explanations for 'happenings' can be far from what some might expect.
Planes have gone missing because of a line of volcanic atolls, which are not the ones the pilots thought they were, and led them into the Atlantic where they ran out of fuel.
Ships have gone missing because of subterrainian air pockets or amounts of it, erupting to the sea bed (and sea) causing drastic loss of bouyancy, sinking them.

Yes. I haven't looked at the other answers just yet - probably someone out there gave the scientific info. I heard, though never researched, there's supposed to be another area opposite it, too (if you went under it and through the earth). Is that all crazy? Maybe. But are there or aren't there dead zones for cell phones? Why couldn't there be an area where other mechanical things go wrong?

yes some planes have gotten lost in there because of a magnetic rock underneath the ocean which causes the devices in planes and boats to go haywire because they dont know which way to point the magnet under the ocean or the north pole and many people have died because of it but now people have figured out how to keep them from messing up so they wont get lost

Somewhere in the heavens there is a great invisible genie who every so often lets down his pants and pisses all over the pillars of science.
