I would NOT tolerate anyone calling me retarded and useless. You should NOT let anyone insult you in that way. And if he asks you to make love with him, you should just tell him to go make love to his hand, it's probably more useful than you are anyway... bastard(him, not you)!

hell no.... Look hun, I don't know all the details of you're little hook up right there, but it sounds like a bad deal to me. The bottom line is, people will only treat how you let them. I'm not saying go kick everyone that looks at you funny in the nuts, but you have to stand up for yourself at some point. If someone yelled at me like that, the only thing I would do is either remove them from my life, or remove myself from theirs.
When a man talks to a woman like that, he doesn't respect her. So, the question then becomes, do you respect you? If not, then make yourself respectable. If you do, then how do you let yourself be disrespected like that?
I can talk about this for days hun, shoot me an email if you want to hear more.
The sooner you realize that the world is a system of interdepencies, the sooner you will appreciate your anonymity.

I would NOT be able to "make love" with an a** like that! I would have beaten the living s**t out of him by now. I live with a guy now, & one time he said something rude to me along the same line as you said. I stood up and kicked him as hard as i could (& I had boots on!) That was about 5 years ago & he as never said a bad thing to me since!

It would be difficult for my wife to feel like making love after a day of being yelled at. I think you may have a need for marraige counseling. And you shouldn't feel guilty if you're not in the mood after a day of the kind of treatment you've described.

I try to refrain from using vulgar language on line... So NO WAY!!! I sit here this moment wearing a t-shirt that says." explain to me again why I need a boyfriend" I don't NEED a man, a nice one would be fine, but had my share of the B.S. no more room for abuse. I can take care of myself, and the things my life requires. He is a control freak and himself useless. You don't have to let him know, JUST GET OUT!

No, I wouldn't want to be around a man like that. Anyone who trys to put others down is a very insecure person and if he is verbally abusive then it won't be long before he becomes physically abusive. Get out while you can you don't deserve that kind of treatment.

First of all, it is not making love. He has not showed you any love. This is an abusive relationship. PLEASE, PLEASE find a battered women's shelter. They will help you get away from him. Look in the yellow pages or on-line. You can find one and stop the abuse. If he is calling you names and taking away your self assurance then hitting, kicking and punching are next. GET OUT. If you can't due to financial reasons, get in touch with a shelter and they can help you. GOOD LUCK!

Are you out of your mind!?
The first instance of name-calling, I'd bring his world to a screeching halt for a discussion that would put things very much in perspective for him.

No. Not a man. Maybe a chick, but I have a problem with "Stupid". She'd have to kiss up pretty hard.
