I'm not going to lie to you... heartbreak hurts really bad and moving on depends on what lead to the heartbreak. If it was that it just wasn't working for your partner then i suggest you let the person go.. Try going out with friends and try out other people.. But, if you still really love your partner, i will advice you strongly to go back in there and try your hardest to get him/her back because if you let love go, you never know where you'll ever find a person htat you love that much.
If you do want to get over this break up, make sure that your intentions are first clear with your ex then you'll know you can move on freely.

aww so sorry to hear but you cannot make it go away. Heartbreak is something you have to let it go away by itself and it will hurt actually it will hurt like hell and you're going through it but hun there is nothing you can do about it to make it go by faster or hurt so bad. It will take time and you're gonna hang in there I promise

i think the best way to get over a heartbreak is to go to disneyland! but if you don't live in california than i'm not sure :}
try your hardest not to think about that person!
i just broak up w/ my b/f and i went shopping! it REALLY helped! i spent a lot of money but it was worth it!

I had my heart broken final month--lost 5 nights of sleep (no longer all in a row), and nevertheless sense empty and indignant. (hugs you) It hurts as a results of fact we like deeply and that's an relatively sturdy emotion. Love can immediately exchange into purely as painful because it became into spectacular.

you can NEVER get over it and you can never forget it
but i don't know why it hurts so much
maybe you just think about all the great times you guys have had and every thing you've went through and you just realize they'll never be in your life like that agian. or maybe it's the fact you don't have that person anymore and you don't think you'll ever find someone like them!

it hurt so bad maybe bec you gave him your love fully and you never left anything for your self if you want o get over it try to talk to your family or friends a lot or do things with them try to be busy, but it's hard to get over it, you need some time.

well i really think no one gets over a heart break you can get over it yes but you never forget i loved a person very much and he loved me but we had to move on high school over now for us so we both moved on it hurt but we both moved on but still now to this day it hurts but no one really gets over a heart break
