checked everything ,all ok ,but still in limp mode when i reach 15 mph "trans~program"comes up on display screen ,wont select any other gears but 3rd ,(its auto),once turned off and then on all ok utill i drive off again ?

Get it to a garage that have a Scanner and have them check it out, something electronically is wrong with your Trans, find out what wrong and repair it before you damaged the hard part in your Trans, limp is 3rd, pull out in 3rd can get the Trans hot and burnt the clutches and other part.

It can be "all OK" if it keeps going into limp mode !!! The reason it works after you cycle the ignition is because it resets itself until the problem re-occures, thus triggering a code and limp mode. This is not just a matter of "turning off the light". You need to have it checked for fault codes to see what the problem is !!!!
