I am a single mom that is about to go back to College and I sell AVON. It costs $10.00 to get into the business and that gives you brochures, information, and many training materials as well. I don't have to have parties but I do have foot pampering parties (the guests get to use my demo products themselves) and when ever I do a garage sell I also put out avon books and products. I pass books out in my neighborhood and local businesses as well. Right now is a perfect time to get started in a business like this because Christmas is coming soon and if you build your clientele now you can have many many orders in time for Christmas. It is not an overnight deal and it does take work but AVON gives you much training plus you can purchase an AVON website for a fee $7.50 per campaign (every two weeks). People can order online and have it shiped directly to them. Check out my Avon site. www.youravon.com/jjurgensen They have online training as well as training in district training centers.
Great things about AVON
you earn 50% the first 4 campaigns and then can earn between 20% to 50% after that depending on your sales.
The training is great
You can earn lots of free stuff
You set your own hours
All you need to buy is brochures
You can get bonuses for bringing others into the business
Depending on where you live depends on whether or not you can be put underneath me

With a computer at home and internet connection, you can start earning from home, without any investment. You should choose your work at home job according to your skills and time available.
If you have a good typing speed, general and legal transcription jobs from companies like Mountain West, Tigerfish and Accutran are available. Some of these companies do not require any experience.
You can apply directly from their websites which are listed at
http://tinyurl.com/o65rb
Medical transcription work at home is also available if you have completed a course and have relevant experience.

Well-you need to really concentrate on spelling correctly for even with a spell check-looks sloppy if misspelled. Also need to look under employment web sites-stay away from home assembly, stuffing envelopes and so forth-all a scam and do not send money for also a scam. Instead 1-look in you local paper classified-for home telemarketing such as the Kidney Fund-you call and solicit for donation pick-ups and its legitimate for I donate.
Any Home telemarketing is legitimate.Go to www.home based jobs.com

I just answered a smiler question asked by a house wife. I know a lady ( whom you can treat as your daughter!) is a trainer motivator, Teaching entrepreneurship for micro entrepreneurs She now a days supporting women to take up Internet based entrepreneurial opportunities could be done from home with little investment. She says anything is possible if you focus on your goal , plan your work and work the plan with the support of the team members. you can contact her http://www.website.ws/swarnagoldfish

The real answer to that question is, if you want to make real money to live on, no.
Most of the online "jobs" want you to send them money for "training material". Any job that does this is a scam. If you want to work from home you need to have your own business.
If you want to make $20/month you can do cashcrate or stuff envelopes. If you want a job, you will need to go out and get one.
Sorry if that sounds harsh, but that is the real deal.

As you can tell from reading these posts, there are a lot more people who want to work at home than there are good jobs which can be done from home. OK to investigate all the possibilities, but your best bet is to get up early, and go to work.

You are not going to find any assembly product type jobs that are really legit.
Here are some companies that regularly hire telecommuters
