It won't and don't try. They don't make a kit, they are not compatible. You need a C-6 or I would imagine an FMX would be appropriate also. I am not super familiar with the 352 but I think it is an FE engine which is basically a big block configuration which accepts the C-6 tranny or the FMX cruise o matic.

No. Different bell housing. Any way, unless the c4 is race built it couldn't handle the torque.

Not 100 percent sure, but yes most likely and if not you can get a bellhousing kit aftermarket to mate them up together, might have to change output shaft tho to match splines on pressure plate. but i have heard of it at truck shows and in my trans magz.
