If I had control of the world.
I would take all hateful people and put them on an island together to sort out their difficulties. I would get sky to broadcast it free to the world so that people can see just how stupid bigots are.
I would create a committee of the best scientists in the world to find ways of providing renewable energy sources.
All money going into weapon construction would be diverted into seeking out cures for diseases such as HIV, HepC, Malaria, Dengue fever etc. Each town would have its own hospital, never mind just cities.
Space exploration would be fully funded in order to allow people the choice of whether continue living on the earth or to become solar system explorers.
Schools would be taken out of the classroom and all learning would be done by experiential learning. Doing rather than copying from text books. So history through re-enactment, Geography through travel, science in the laboratory, Teachers would become guides to exploration.
Religion would be allowed to exist, but anyone preaching hatred would be removed to the isand of bigots I have mentioned before.
All prisoners would be required to do a full days work as all law abiding people are expected to. Any prisoner declining work would be sent to the island of bigots as a just punishment.
A complete review of all laws would be undertaken, so that outdated laws could be got rid of and any new laws would fit well with the society that was being constructed.
The United Nations would work as a committe to make sure that each nation could work in the best possible way to enhance the world.
These are just some of my ideas...............

I would exterminate the weak, the insane, and those not fit for life. I would then abolish the systems we have of justice and religion. I would open new jobs in the aerospace industry, and drastically change the economy to support all equally. Athletes would be forced to take steroids, but not be allowed to breed. Maybe eunuchs would be more fun to watch than roid ragin' wackos... That's one to think about. Breeding would require an interview, and a license to be issued by my new form of government, and ghettos would be eliminated. I would solve world hunger, and would force the entire would to the technological level, and unite the continents. Technology would be focused on alternative fuels, synthetic foods that are actually good for you, and clothing made from natural materials. The world would be run by one military... mine. Any uprising, or corruption in my system would be treated as treason, and would garner one a death sentence. Life would be good for all, so don't go tryin' to usurp my authority.

this is easy. i have had this? figured out since the 2nd. grade 44 years ago. " kill off all political leaders[cabinet members, congress,senators & up. to the top of the greed chain] then all weapons of mass destruction. all above what would be needed for peace ful use. then all military leaders, generals.all cia, FBI, nsa, mi6 etc,] this goes for all countries in the world.and a warning to business leaders, "u make any sudden moves to any point ofany type of unconstitional move & u will join the the here after club. there would be an uproar for a very short period of time. but w/the open communications of today people would be warned. it would not be hard to do if one had the availability. but since this a fantasy ? i would have that availability open! this would be just a start. it would work.if done correctly.

All forms of modern weaponary will be destroyed.
All armed factions, will be placed under direct control or be 'disbanded'.

Abolish religion and any other ideas that will cause racial segmentation.
Encourage interacial unions.
Promote sexual equality.

Establish a system of common law to be observed on a global scale.
Unify trade regulations.

Free education.

Subsidised medical care.

Initiate extensive research on medical, genetics, space exploration and other fields that will be beneficial to the human race in the long run.

if i had control of the world then i would make there be peace id lock everyone in a padded room untill they sorted out there differences

i'd also try and get rid of money if someone needs something they can just get it

people would work for respect not money

If you mean control as in political control, I would reverse the worldwide spending on military issues with the expenditures for education.

If you are talking about God-like control, I'd make everyone be nice, and let my wife be whoever she wanted to be, and look and do whatever she wanted.

Blow the planet up & start again from scratch! I'd make everyone equal again. Even since man arrived on this planet we've killed it's species, destroyed it's vegetation, it's seas, the atmosphere and each other! And do it without any gods or religions!
