yes, but you nead a flash card addaptor, a NoPass, and a Application downloaded from the internet. Short answer: NO, not unless you want to spend another $100.

vievenda's answer involves hacking your DS with homebrew software. But there may be something that will help you out.
Opera Software is releasing a DS Internet Browser sometime this Winter. So, you could acces the Internet to get the things you want. Unfourtunately, its not out yet in the US, is out in Japan, and comes out Oct. 6th in Europe.
