Don't base your career interests on television. It's never the same in real life.

Being your own boss is great. Take it from me. I am a caterer. But you want to educate yourself so that in case you need extra cash or your business doesn't work out that you can re enter the work place.
If you are Wiccan or Pagan, there is always a need for more Pagan friendly bookshops. You should find an area that is near a college or university and make your bookshop there. Keep it open late and serve coffee and baked goods to keep the college kids rolling in. Since most Wiccans convert in their early 20's this is an ideal time to profit from their spiritual embarkments. Make sure to carry some high end items like Cauldrons and Robes. Robes have a very high profit margin. This would also give you an opportunity to sell some of your own fashions as well. You mentioned you were into fashion. well if you hone your sewing skill, you may just get to model your own line of Witchy clothing for your clientel.
If you do this, you don't really need a college degree, but it wouldn't hurt to at least get an associates in Business. Also keep your credit good because you will need to borrow money to start your business.
Good luck.

My advice is going to start with more questions...what do you want from a career--money, security, adventure, stimulation, validation?
Interview a few people in these careers to help you answer the questions.
Not easy questions, but start thinking about that, and then make a graph of your interests. Also make a chart for the investment required for each--training, experience, money, time, relocation and image.
That will help you see what it takes for you to make the next decision, and help you gear up for it.
Education is always a good place to start, and do an internship or apprenticeship in a couple of fields as you train.
My first job out of college was in a corporate job, suits, pantyhose and everyone in a cubicle----I hated it and went directly into teaching skiing, which i didn't need a 4-year degree and debts to do.
But skiing isn't something I can do everyday, for the rest of my life; my body is wearing down and I was way too short on money for food, housing, gas and my car.
Not a straight answer, and its not an easy decision. Take some time and some chances to figure it out.

There is this book called "What Color is Your Parachute" - you might start there. There are also great aptitude tests you can take online or at colleges, as well as your local unemployment office to see where your strengths are and what your weak areas might be. Then just take some courses or classes, and, as you put one foot in front of the other, the universe has a way of putting stuff in your path that might help you along, such as people or ads in the paper, a show you see on TV - just keep your eyes open & plug along on the basics.

Considering CSI is an utter farse, if that's what's given you the influence, then turn back now. Forensics is far from glamorous.
Houses ...have to be more specific.
Supernatural, pertaining to astrology and the like does not pay well, and I highly recommend you don't get involved with such occult issues.
The last entry, about fashion and clothing and/or own business is respectable and very possible.
What you put into it, you get out of it. Very rewarding, and satisfying.

You sound like you might make a good crime scene clean-up specialist. They are private companies/people hired to go in and clean-up the horrible mess left behind at crime scenes.
