I'm shocked! I know everybody's thoughts on hard racing being the way to succeed...but I thought Dale went too far. I think it was intentional because he knew he was so close to Carl Edwards.

Every driver knows when you get cars, that close at those speeds you create unstable wind currents sometimes your car will almost float at 200 mph when it does that you get what they call loose, have you ever been going down the highway and a big tractor trailer come up along side you and you feel you car move like it wants to either go under or move away from the big rig? imagine that if both you and the truck were going over 200 mph,it would be hard to control Carl Edwards got loose and Earhardt was moving fast but Carl had to ease of of his trottle, what happened could of been much worse. I hope this helps you better understand, the term is called aero push and areodynamic's in unstable wind can be a monster. hope I help!

I'm not convinced that Dale Jr did that on purpose. I truly think he was so intent on racing hard because he had Robby Gordon right beside him that he truly didn't have enough time to check up. Yes, Carl did get loose, but I;m sure that Jr wasn't expecting that to happen and didn't really know how much that bobble was going to slow Carl Edwards down.

I am glad I was at the race today. I got to see Jr win.
BUT, Dale Jr got more boos than a gay Jeff Gordon!!!!!!!!!!

We had to move our seats so we could hear Jr talk because the people next to us were sooo high strung. MIS is know as the House of Roush and Ford Country (unfortunately) and those folks were NOT happy. So Edwards had something to prove. At least they didn't throw things at Jr (like they did to J Go at Talledega). Poor Jr didn't even do any burnouts.

Can't wait until Tuesday to see what kind of penalty gets handed down to Edwards for this one. Edwards came on to pit row and shut his car off. Then he started it back up again and took off after Jr.
No matter what, Carl will get nailed to the wall for that one.

watch the replay, Carl was in front of Gordon, then got sideways and cut in front of dale. dale had a huge run, nothing he could do. my brother is at the race and he called me and said Carl went to winners circle and started a huge fight. not only was the wreck Carl's fault, but now he will get fined for starting a fight. not a smart move. he should have watched the tape first before acting like a tough guy. to the idiots who put down Nascar, they don't understand the cost involved into going to a race.

Carl got loose in front of Robby Gordon, checked up n slowed up....that's why Dale got into the back of him. It amazes me how people react to things like this. It's one thing to have an opinion, but just look at all the many replays......even Robby Gordon stated Carl got loose on the previous restart as well. It's racing, things like that happen, Jr didn't do it on purpose.....but what Carl did afterwards was irresponsible, ridiculous and uncalled for, I lke him, but he deserves punishment for that.

I did not see the race- I read a little bit about it on Nascar.com- It said that Jr. did the bump and run. OH HUGE SURPRISE!! What Jr. was racing hard? He never does that right- Okay not so much this year, but a couple of years ago when he was still doing pretty decent- that is how he always raced. So I am inclined to believe that it was intenetional. He is an idiot. Anyway he is a huger loser I don't know why everyone loves him so much.

Jr did not "dump" Edwards or "plain and simply slam him" Edwards got loose when Robby Gordon pulled up on his left rear fender, this caused Edwards to get loose and slide up the track loosing forward momentum, in doing this Jr had a huge run already going and he got into the back of Edwards. IMO when Edwards sees the replay he'll be appologizing to Jr.

Okay. Carl got loose and Junior had no where to go, Robby was right next to him. He was either going to hit 1) the wall, 2) Robby (which was driving the car Junior owns), or 3) Carl. And it was Carl. When Carl hit Junior's car to say that he wasn't happy about what happened, Junior's hand was out the window. Carl's car almost took Junior's hand off! That just shows immaturity on Carl's part. That's all I'm saying.

Oh, one more thing, JUNIOR WON!!!! YAY!!!! :)

If Dale and Kelley have been on the ingredient of their organic and organic mom, it may be fairly diverse, yet no longer plenty. that's complicated on toddlers while their mothers and fathers divorce. toddlers seem to think of that's their fault while that's no longer. Daddy Or Mommy left them. the youngsters did no longer depart the mothers and fathers. Very emotional for them at that element. They the two became out to be solid and elementary human beings.

well, if carl hadnt slid up the track and gotten sideways, jr wouls have passed him anyways, so it doesnt really matter, just cars car was very loose at teh time and he got loose, jr tapped him in the bumper, and carl went around.

carl has turned into a hotheaded sore loser lately, and if he pulls any stunts in the cup race tomorrow, nascar had better do something about him. when he came and bumped jr after the race, jr had his arm an dhand out the window, he could have seriously injured jr
