When jeans get soft it means they are becoming worn out, and some of the fibers in the fabric have worn away. You can sandpaper the jeans, wear them a lot, rub them on bricks, generally abuse them until they are more worn.

Wear them a lot, and when you're home sit in very weird positions (yoga-like) and they'll stretch. Personally, I think washing them actually shrinks them, so...not so flexible

Well i never dry my jeans i just hang them up to dry an then after that i just throw them in the dryer for a minute to soften them up.

I would say just washing them and wearing them, and wearing them for awhile too. I have a friend who "NEVER" washes his jeans. How sick is that? But he says his jeans are the SOFTEST most comfortable thing ever! Imagine that.

Wear them in the bathtub, shower, and swimming pool. The more you wear them in the water the more they will conform to your curves and loosen up the fibers.

you can buy stuff at the store to make then softer. and to make them flexible... ware them.

wash them before wearing them using fabric softener then wear them alot strectching and so forth
