I think some people that watch Fox realize that it presents the conservative point of view and like it that way. They know it's not "fair and balanced". The others are brainwashed and believe Fox is presenting the facts. I don't know how they can think this, but apparently they can't distinguish between relatively objective reporting of facts elsewhere and the blatant mixture of fact and opinion on Fox.

All news media are biased. Every other outlet in the US enjoys a liberal bias, Fox happens to have a conservative bais.

The difference, and it is the most significant, is that Fox leaves it's editorializing for the non-news shows. CNN, ABC, CBS, etc, don't draw a line between journalism and editorial content. When they can't put a liberal spin on a story they just omit it.

That is why Fox News has superior news content, they tell what is happening and leave out the editorial comment; they pay quite a number of people hansomely to deliver the editorials.

no, its plain stupidity. I don't mind that FOX has a conservative balance, thats why I don't listen to it. Sure, it may not have the right facts but sometimes, MSNBC does the same thing. But to believe the stuff that Sean HAnnity and Bill OReilly put on their is just nonsense. If you want good news without partisan garbage and opinions, watch CNN, the true fair and balanced network or listen to NPR. PBS and MSNBC are Liberal-balanced and Fox is always on the neocon side

Well the entire world has been wrong before like when everybody believed that the world was flat. How about when most of the world thought that it could negotiate with Hitler. Was Churchill being arrogant when he believed them to be all wrong?

Fox News was launched in 1996. I'm pretty sure there were conservatives before that. Conservatives that liked to think for themselves instead of blindly believing everything the media (which was liberal only at the time) was feeding them.

ARROGANCE is found in many people of all political views.

There are lots of liberals who are VERY arrogant, as well.

It really makes me sick, and it's getting to the point where I don't even want to hear about politics any more.

You left out the question mark!

Your spelling, however, and, unlike your brethren on this "forum", is impeccable. Well done, Binky!

Composition: only so-so, I'm afraid, but we can work on that.

What's that - you don't work? Oh, I'm sorry, you WON'T work! That's ok - I don't get involved in the personal problems of the Weak Sisters.
