Good Question - I have the same problem. It lowered my self esteem considerably.
Honestly, I don't think that I was very comfortable with the girl I was dating...for many various reasons. I think my problem was more psychological - not physical.

i would say that maybe your girfriend is not helping you and also try to imagine the things you imagine when you masturbate also you can try new things with your girlfriend she will also like it !! maybe watch a porn together or buy a toy to give each other pleassure....
