this is so true. weird about our society. my balck friends wanna gain to look thick and my white friends wanna lose when they dont have an ounce to lose. In all honesty I personally feel that i see more black women with better figures lately because they aren't just skin and bones. i hate this whole waif look. its just plain nasty and sick looking. women should be proud of our curves. God made us to be curvy- boobs, hips, butt, and all.

Because society had depicted "skinny" as the way the human body should be. Although they seem to be thin enough, if they are unable to fit in a size 3 or less their considered fat.

Man I wish that was true...I'm a white girl and I'm a thick one. I wish I could loose weight but it doesn't seem to want to come off.... :( So girl I feel your pain!

I am a white girl and although I am pretty, I am not thin. My measurements are 40'30'46'. That is by no means thin. I am 5'8" and feel very curvy, not fat.
