A warm cloth will help disburse the blood from the skin and make the bruise go away. Otherwise, you pretty much have to let it heal on its own... You really need to go to the doctor if you are bruising very easily right now. This may be a sign of bigger issues. If you've been told though that the bruising is from Annemia then you NEED for your own health to start taking an iron supplement or eatting more red meats.

Arnica oil, you can get it at any good health store. It helps the circulation and ease the soreness. The bruise is blood under the skin. Massage it gently, if painful ice it. After a few days alternate between ice and moist heat. Obviously when you have the time. This also promotes circulation which will dissipate the bruise.

the best thing to do is to let it heal on its own, naturally. the fastest way to heal naturally is to let as much blood flow to the area as possible. try putting ice on the areas for about 15-20 minutes at a time. the ice makes blood get away from the area. you can then use light heat on the area which brings new blood in the area. the clod/heat combination ensures the most nutrient rich blood will get in that area. that is about all you can do.

Message it. It may take a few days, and it will probaby get bigger, but it'll get lighter and go away quicker. I get a lot of bruises from my job and my clumsiness, and this seems to work the best for me.
