"Three's Company" in English.

In Spanish, a tie with "El Chavo del Ocho" [The Boy from (Number) Eight] and "El Chapulín Colorado" [The Red Grasshopper]--1970's slapstick-style sitcoms (from the same company and the same actors).

El Chavo del Ocho was about a not-so-homeless homeless boy who lived in a barrel in an apartment complex with seven units--thus, his barrel was unofficially "Number 8." Very funny. "Chavo" is the Mexican slang term for "boy" or "kid."

The same actors from that one starred in El Chapulín Colorado--The Red Grasshopper. He was a clumsy superhero that often gave more trouble to the people he was rescuing than to the bad guys. But in the end of every episode, things kind of accidentally always turned around and he was made to look the hero--usually after the person being "rescued" did his/her own rescuing to help out Chapulín. "Chapulín" comes from the indigenous Mexican language Náhuatl, so in Spain people probably would not understand that word--unless of course the show was popular there too, which is a high possibility, as the show still appears on Latin TV even today, after some 30+ years of syndication. The standard Spanish word for grasshopper is "saltamontes"--literally, countryside-hopper.

Man, I wish more people in the US could speak Spanish (particularly Mexican Spanish)--they missed out on these shows! A lot of the jokes and myriad puns they used on those shows just don't translate.
