No - that is what a driving record is about. If it was bad enough that the Police were called I don't think you can hide it.

May we ask why you are asking this and not you 19 years old son. Is he not an adult?? he need to keep his record clean from now on and most likely he will not be able to drive a truck till he is 23-24 so he has 3 or 4 years to go, due to insurance cost.
may be in that time he can put on some big boy paints so you will not have to look after your man child,He is an adult now and needs to take care of this stuff by him self.

Good luck

Sorry , the damage is already done. The only way to have kept it from public record and from the insurance company is to have the parties involved in the accident mutually agreed not to get the law, or the insurance companies involved.

Chances are that if the police were involved something will go on his record, I'm sorry to say. Some countries offer the opportunity to do a re-training course instead of something going on your licence. You have to pay for this. Don't know about the States. I live in UK.

Honey certain I genuinely have some advice for you presently this is going to sound particularly harsh yet i trust it to be the reality.pay interest, i recognize you want and if he loved you the way he says he does he would not ask you to do the type of negative element, and if he particularly loved then you he might want to also love the newborn it truly is going interior you too.Afterall you adult men made it mutually. And if he won't be able to except that then he has a extreme situation honey yet taking the existence of an danger free infant isn't a thanks to flow. in case you want this infant then do what you experience is ideal, because if he loved he would not make you do something this. trust i recognize and also you seem to be an particularly solid man or woman and there are alot of solid adult men available that could want to take care of you and your infant good

Yes, If wasn't drug, alcohol related or careless driving etc. And, if he doesn't have anything on his record, he can probably ask the judge to put it under advisement. Which means you still pay the fine, and as long as you don't get any tickets for 3 years it won't appear on your record. If he gets any kind of ticket two years from now then it goes on.... HTH

if it was his fault it will go against his record,,unless you can hire a lawyer to deal with it,,i have seen a few cases where people did get accidents not put on there record,,but it is rare when this happens,,i hope this all works out for him,,good luck with it.

If he hasn't been charged with anything then it won't go on his driving record. As for the insurance that will be affected if he doesn't pay for the damage. If he settles teh damage himself then it won't affect his insurance either.

you can't keep it off his record. it all depends on the local government. i had several wrecks, none were my fault, and none went on my driving record. the only accident i had that went on my record was when i was the only one in it, and the sheriff decided to put it on my license.

NO, as it is on his record already with the police report. I assume you did not need to have your insurance pay anything? Welcome to the adult world.
