Because he is a rude foulmouthed SOB. The BBC shouldn't interview him in any case; he is a disgrace to Football in particular and the human race in general. And apart from that he hasn't won anything for a few years and he can't explain why not.

Apparently he was misquoted in MOTD magazine and so refuses to speak to MOTD staff. He does give interviews for the BBC, but not on MOTD.
