i put the paperclip in but still nothing happens i already turnedit off and back on again but nothing help!

I'm assuming you are referring to your computer.
Go to your favorite CD music player (on screen) and use the eject button.
Mine does this too. I press and hold the eject button (on the CPU)and count to 3, or just say "Abra Cadabra".

If you're talking about a car CD player than another CD would help to get it out.

Right click your CD drive icon in my computer and select Eject.
i doubt it will work and i think opening it up is the only answer. its obviously well jammed or a component busted.

you may just have to buckle down and take it apart if you really want to get the cd out
