There are no other places where it's midnight. The time zones are set up so that it encircles the globe in 24 hours.
So to answer your question anywhere within the easter time zone is midnight.

It's midnight everywhere in Canada, US, or South America that happens to be in the eastern time zone. Time zones are determined from vertically, not horizontally.
