It can be true but it isn't really "for sure"...I've heard of size 13 shoes with 10 inchers but my little size 10s gave me an 8 so it's not all about that...lol

It's a myth. The only thing big hands and big feet on a guy signify is that they need big gloves and big shoes. LOL. That's it, nothing more...
