There is a little hole on the front of the drive. Straighten out a paper clip and put it in the hole. It should unlock the drawer and let it open so you can remove it.
But first, did you try shutting off the computer and turning it back on.
If it is a notebook and the whole thing is frozen and you can't turn it off, press on the power button until it goes off, wait 10 secs, then turn it back on.

Yeah Happened to me a few times best way is to just shut the computer down immedietly and when the computer starts up press the eject button and the disk shoudl come out.

Find a paper clip and bend it straight. Insert it into the little hole in the faceplate. This will manually eject the cd.

There's a little hole on the front of the CD drive. Take a paperclip and insert it into the hole. The drive will open.

well just restart ur comp. this will solve ur prob. if not then take a hair pin and insert it in a hole just below ur cd-rom tray this will open ur cd.rom

Hey Guys....FYI, most newer DVD burners and CDROM-RW don't have that hole anymore.....neither of mine have a hole in the front.
