Well... I had over 3,000 acres... and the total project will stand at $750,000,000...

So if I spend a million on the pool... that's not much...

Tks for your comment no name... It's really an amazing pool!

Tks for all your info bad answers... and the temperature of the "backyard" is "tropical"! ;) it's better thatn tropical... It's between 18º C (64º F) and 24º C (75º F) all year!

And tks for your help Lindy357... however... bad answers helped a little bit more!

Tks you all.

Have a great day

This pool might be the least of my investments... and all the investors of the project want to create the MOST amazing Paradise... Obviously it will have a team taking care of the pools... the part which worries me most is the 65 ft (20 m) water falls on the "Romance Pound"...

A "normal" pool costs maybe $700-$1,000 a year for chlorine, shock, and misc. things like algicide, new brush, replacement parts for a pool cleaner (hoses and whatnot)... depends on the size of the pool. You'll spend more during the summer since you'll go through chlorine faster then. Also costs some for water to make-up the pool as water evaporates.

i don't have a pool like that but this year because of the heat maintaing my pool has cost a lot because the chlorine and ph has been a pain to keep up and allgea has poped up and down. I would not even want to know how much it cost to maintain a pool like that i am sure you would hire some one to keep that pool going sometime i wish i got paid to keep mine going it is a hard one my friend told me she is having a hard time also because of the heat.

I would say just this year so far it has cost me over 400.00 give or take.

Looks like a hotel pool to me, or a HUGE mansion type pool. That would cost 10s of thousands of dollars. Once you start adding falls, rocks etc.... price jumps way up, plus they take up a lot of your backyard.

Now to maintain a "normal pool", it cost me $ 80.00 a month, and twice a year filter cleaned another $ 50.00 each.
