When you say "retarded" do you mean mentally disabled or ppl without a clue? Wouldnt it be nice if no one had disablities and we were all created equal. It would take away the ability for one to think theyre better than the another. We would just all be the same. Would we all get the same opportunities as well? The answer to this question is yes - no one deserves to be born with less than what everyone else has - but... if that were the case..... there would be no dumb blonde jokes.
