I know a lot about music from the 50's through the 70's.... but SOME of these questions asking for names of songs, they give lyrics that sound so trashy and depressing!!!! I can't believe anybody would write a song about that stuff. Anyway... who agrees that "MUSIC" should be divided into at least TWO categories.... Oldies and Modern....?

It matters, obviously, because I'm sick of clicking on those questions that have such depressing and annoying lyrics. If there were categories, then we wouldn't have to waste our time reading questions that we have no clue about.

i agree...they should have a drop down arrow under music and give categories such as 'general', rock, hip hop, 40's, 50's, etc. AND they shoud have a category for lyric questions

I just find that its important to stand up for youself and be happy, thats' all. And if getting revenge makes you feel good, why not? :)

I don't.. I like music from all different decades and all different genres.. so it makes no difference to me that they are all in the same category.
