Also, do you think is easy for good and close friends to be togehter just to their death.
Finally, is possible to have many friends or few close friends even though you don't hang very much?

someone who cares for me, accepts me for who i am and is always there for me whenever im in a pitch. being close friends doesn't necessarily mean u have to be with that person everyday, of course u can go hang with other friends, but don't forget to also hang out with ur close friend... and never make them feel that you hate them or despise them unless you really feel that way. having a true friend is a very good thing and you should treasure that person. some friendships do last a lifetime and there's nothing wrong with that, it won't be easy if that person is really a true friend to you. ^_^

My definition of a true friend is someone you trust, you care about, and you would give anything for. Someone who cares for you, and would give there lives to protect you, and would never force you to do what you don't want.

I was once told that a person has 'aquaintances' and 'true friends' (aka-best friends.) I have a few of each, and some 'best-best friends'. I don't see all of them that much, but when I do we are able to pick up right where we left off. THAT is a true friend. :)

Someone who is always there for you, will hold your hair back when puking, will help you up after you have fallen and no matter how much time you have been apart you are able to pick up right where you left off like no time has passed.

Friendship is like a tree.. it is not measured on how tall it could be, but on how deep the roots have grown.

Friendship isn't about whom you have known the longest.. who came first or who cares the best it's all about who came and never left.... :0)

To love without condition, to give without intention, and to care without expectation is true friendship. Out of your 4 descriptions above , I'd say a little of each.
