Why is it that Q&A staff take out people who are trying to help?

Why is it the fact that certain people's questions are being taken off and other's that have nothing to do with the topic being allowed to remain. I think they are either being byass or they are falling asleep at the wheel. Someone needs to wake up and really start to pay attention. It is sad people who help people are being taken out while the people who say things like rock or roll on a computer help sight continue to remain. Or how about this question. Has anyone gotten 5 million dollars from Nigeria. Remains It is my just a thought but someone needs to open their eyes and start paying more attention to their jobs.

it is not right if Q&A staff do this if someone is trying to help others then the Q&A staff should not stop them yeserday on Q&A there was many people on q&a asking for help coz they had a trojan on there pc and someone was posting on there webpage to download

Q&A staff must have seen what i told everyone and did not go looking for the person who was telling others in need of help to download that software knowing it has a trojan file in it you think the q&a staff will have gone looking for the person and block that person
coz i had iver 42 replay from people saying thansk for letting us know and iM sure the q&a staff must have seen my post and all the reply i got back from others saying thanks to me
