when i was like 6 there was a little accident with me and some sisors and i cut off half of my eyebrows

Use a brow pencil in a shade slightly lighter than your hair color to reshape and fill in empty spaces. Don't use eyeliner! Use a pencil made for your brows. For a more natural look, try a powder brow shaper like this one from Clinique. Good luck!

Ouch. If there's scar tissue. Thers' nothing to do. You could get draw in some eyebrows with a brow liner that matches your eyebrows.

well lf they arent grown back in by now guess u have to use eyebrow powder to shape them.

you cant, use a pencil and draw themin until they grow back, try not tint them as they will stand out more
