No, you can't, and it's really annoying. There are 30 countries that accept US International Postal Money orders, and England, Scotland, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand aren't on the list (Canada, however, is).

I would think your bank should be able to do that for you.
Or may be a travel agent. Or as someone else as said the post office. Good luck hope you get it cashed.

I imagine,even though it says it's from the USA you can cash it but has to say "International Money Order.
