I know it's definately not midnight like alot of people think. Please help! I need to settle this arguement, I always thought it was forward to 2am then back to 2am.

Clocks (in the UK) go forward by 1 hour at 2am on the last Sunday in March and back by 1 hour at 2am on the last Sunday in September. This period is known as British Summer Time (BST). The rest of the year we are on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

You are right it is 2am on the last sunday in march that the clocks go forward 1 hour and 2am on the last sunday of october that clocks go back 1 hour. You were spot on. Hope this helps.

I think it's 2am. Someone once listened to the speaking clock to find out, I think he said it was 2am.

Actually time changes at 1.00 am by putting it forward to 2.00 am and then from 2.00 am back to 1.00 am - so guess you're right!!! You win the argument tough luck for whoever you're arguing with!!!

It`s always 2 am twice a year.
