There is no way to loose weight and keep it off when you diet at a quick speed.
Your going to have to take it slow, or else you will end up gaining all the weight back.
And you are slightly overweight, but weight looks different on everybody, and a majority of your weight may be muscle mass.
I suggest you cut out ALL DESERTS, ALL CANDY, AND ALL SNACKS. But always eat in smaller more frequent porportions, and busy yourself so you don't always thin kabout not eating.
Good luck, its difficult, but you can do it (I am 5'3'' and I weigh 115)

You are not over weight you are about the right weight for your height and age there is no reason for you to go on a diet at your age don't let people tell you that you are imperfect there is no perfect person anyone who would make fun of you because of your weight has some insecurity about themselves

do you fell over weight, what is your mom, dad saying' has the doctor said you need to lose weight, fast diets don't work ,just cut back ,drink lots of water and plenty of fruit. if there is a problem
hopefully the ones who love you are aware of your feelings. we can't have to starting the school year uncomfortable in your own skin .we want you to feel good about your self ,then you can give your very best

No cause the average weight of teenage girls age range from 13-16 is between 115-135 so ur fine. And if you wanna lose weight just for you, walk or jog (its good excersie) or do cruches.

You should have been eating well and exercising regularly the whole summer is what you should have done. There is no fast way unfortunately. Don't diet. Just exclude crap (junk) food from your diet and do some running/cycling/swimming on a regular basis. You will drop weight/fat.

you might be a LITTLE over weight, i'm your age and height an i weigh 114, and at my last check up i was average. just, whatever you do, dont go crazy and starve yourself, k?? thats the stupidest thing anyone cold possibly do.

Exercise is the best way to lose weight.
However, you mustn't over exercise as you can cause an injury.
Also maintain a healthy, balanced diet and watch what you eat.
That's all you can really do. I wouldn't suggest dieting at your age though as it can harm you.

you are not over weight. if you are asking because of all the walking twigs out there, as long as you are comfortable with how you are, it doesnt matter what other ppl think. if you want to make a change in your weight, do it for you, not for everyone else.

well overwieght and underwieght are more off looking at a person vs hiegth and wieght proprotion...im 5'5 normaly im 120 right now im bigger cuz im prego but at 120 i look a TINY big chubby sometimes, other times i look like a stick...so dont go off hieght and wieght on what everyone else thinks you should be, go for what you think you look good with...now dont go and do somthing stupid like starve yourself or go bleimic...
