the illegitimate daughter of 4 and a doppelganger
what does she do???? many and varied things
she often babysits little ones...thus, the phrase..."be in by 8"
she was the model for snowmen and for simple drawings of cats
when reclining, she seems infinite
she and her twin invented the piano and the piano bar.....thus, the phrase...tinkle the ivorys and run your fingers up and down her keyboard...[I'm not sure what or where that is located on her]
and she and her twin were "active" in the auto business....they had a hot reputation ....thus, reference to "rocket 88's"
she was attacked and gave rise to a new label for assault
...the (h)'8 crime
she sets the ideal for patience...."(w)8 and see"
and for gluttony....." ah 8 too much"
she is a devout believer in hexadecimal ism....and when she gets older/larger by 5/4 , she hopes to be a full A.......
she anglicized her name, however, to more easily "fit" in ....besides, "VIII" just gave her a "foreign" and old fashioned sound
Thanks for asking about her
Stay tuned for her futher adventures

8 is an abstract symbol xxxxxxxx or oooooooo or even 88888888, that is eight of any object. While xxxxxxxx has direct meaning, 8 does not without knowledge and understanding for what it actually means.
Once again I recommend you to read this book: "The Mathematical Experience" by Philip J Davis and Reuben Hersh. (ISBN: 0-395-92968-7)

no it does not have children, and it does not teleport, but it will from time to time act like a child's race car track.

8 is a number and it's used for counting.
That is all...unless it's the name of a person or company or animal or etc. But, more often than not, it's just a number.
