Racism is awful no matter who it is coming from. And you are racist, or at least it sounds that way from your question. There are good and bad people in every race.
And I highly doubt that the harrasment going on at your mother's place of employment is totally one sided. If this were true then why doesn't she complain to management or call the police?

Why is it that if someone who is not caucasian gets fired, it is because the "white" people did it or are to blame for it? I think people need to take more responsibility for things and not be so quick to use that "race card". I am not a racist, I believe that all people should be treated the same... Maybe you need to know the whole story and not just the story from your mom's point of view, might open your eyes up a bit.

Yes I'm mixed mostly w/ Latino but I'm kinda tan. One time my mom, aunt, brother, and Granny went to Denny's and when we got a table there were 2 old white guys and as soon as they saw us they looked at each other all cautious and left. But all that said your question is racist, anyone can be racist including latinos, so maybe you should rephrase your question next time.
