go into your files in the computer and do a search under this name and then delete the files that appear.

restart your computer. before windows start, press F8 Continuously until boot menu appear. Select "Safe Mode" and press enter to start Windows in Safe Mode.
when windows started try to delete that DAMN file.

if you failed, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, goto Processes tab and stop any unusual program. then try to delete the damn vxpspeeddelivery.dll

I highly recommend you download SUPERantispyware. It will fix that problem. It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.
