My website is with fasthosts. Their charges are quite low and touch wood I haven't had any trouble with them-although the website has only been running for a month. their technical support has been good too. So there's a recomendation for you!

There are many of them, just search in google, but DEFINITELY DO NOT CHOOSE NEWISTA.COM because they are scammers, they did not provide the service after they billed our cc.
