You appear to be feeling persecuted and powerless. From your dream and your fixation on your ex.
You need to move on with your life. Quit choosing to be a professional victim and thinking someone should come save you.
No one is responsible for your feelings but you. No one is responsible for making you happy. That is your job. No one else wants that kind of responsibility.
You will always care about your ex, but that doesn't mean he owes you anything. He has chosen a different path and moved on, while you sit wringing your hands wondering what to do. That was your choice.
Get happy with yourself and empower yourself. Easier said than done, I know, but not impossible.
Build yourself up and make yourself more interesting and well rounded. You do that with accomplishments. Every acheived goal is another boost. You do this be challenging yourself. You master a skill or talent. you take a class in something new. You stick with something until you get good at it, good enough to teach it to someone else.
You can also volunteer your time and effort to those in need. Salvation army, soup kitchen, physically challenged kids, etc. It is easy to find fault with yourself and feel lacking something, but when others appreciate you because you focus on them, you begin to realize all the good about you and what you have to offer.
You can get over your ex faster by realizing that your time with him gave you experience, and he was in your life to teach you more about yourself. You learned more about what you want or don't want from someone. You split ways because you wanted different things. So now you have gained more experience and wisdom. Thank him for that. Be thankful for what he has taught you. Be confident you have done the same for him.
So you feel left behind while he has moved on? Try thinking about it like this: Instead of thinking that "he did this to me" try thinking "He did this FOR me". He has given you the space and freedom to comtinue to grow as a person, rather than trap you into something that doesn't work for you.
Whether you think this will destroy you or not, you will be right. Whether you think you will get over this or not, you will be right. Whether you think you will meet someone else or not, you will be right. Whether you think you will be happy or not, you will be right.

The inspections found "serious deficiencies" in how the company screened donors and kept records, the FDA said. The FDA said it does not know of any cases of infection in people who received donor tissue harvested by the company. Hope that helps
