dealer said tree trash is stopping up drain so water will not drain. I have used a wire and a piece of plastic tubing to try to break up any deposit. can sometime get a drip of water to leak out. Have put vacuum on drain but hose collapses and only small amount of water comes out. It feels like gasket goo is plugging drain inside of case. Any other Suggestions? Water seems to slosh over and runs out through vent hole in fan motor when I turn a corner.

You aren't going to like this, but the only PROPER option is to disassemble the plenum box and clean out the debris. This will call on all of the patience you can muster (as well as a brand new vocabulary).

Make your own roto-roter. Take a piece of heavy wire and wrap a short section around a large nail to form a short coil about the size of the hole you are trying to clean. Carefully measure so is not too long. then attach straight end to a variable speed electric drill. Run this spinning up the tube and jerk back to pull out any debris attached to the coiled end. Just be careful not to damage your cooling coil or plastic drain hose.

i have had good luck sometimes just using an air hose and blow into the drain. it may not get it all to break up the first time but it will get some of it out. if it stops up again repeat till it is clear.
