Where can I find a reasonably priced photo strudio (one in a stoe) arond the Beaverton or Aloha, Oregon area?

Looking for photo studio similar to one at JC Penneys only closer to Bethany area nearm Aloha, Oregon.

Wal-mart's usually have photo studios like JC Penney does, and so do some of the larger Fred Meyer's. Sears used to have then, and you can check for an Olan Mills studio. Your best bet in your area will probably be at a Wal-mart. In my area (Coos Bay) that's our only option. That said, sometimes the professional studios have special packages that they do where the photos are better than JC Penney or Wal-Marts. A lot of the quality is how well the photographer interacts with the subjects. So check around. Wish I knew your area better to recommend a specific place, but maybe this answer will trigger someone from the area to answer the question (I realize you're not looking to develope prints, but to do portraits).
