I don't know how all the above find it Israel fault!!!
Israel is not the aggressor here. It is only defending itself.
The whole population of Israel is 5 million in a small country (NJ size) and all surrounded by 22 Arab-Muslim countries with 50 million Arabs.
All Israel wants is to be left alone. I didn't see any Israeli strap a bomb around his waist. I didn't see any Israeli bombs planes. I didn't see any Israeli bombs embassies around the world.
The ones who are not complying to the resolutions are -
UN - for not disarming of the Hezbollah in the last 6 years.
Lebanon - for not enforcing the Hezbollah disarmament.
Hezbollah - for rearming
Iran - Financing and rearming Hezbollah.
Israel is only forcing the UN resolution for the disarmament of Hezbolla. If anybody else cant do it!!!

There would not be a crisis if people learned to collaborate so as to build up every nation. The problem arises because of education systems that teach us all to seek competitive advantages instead of collaborative advantages. Imagine the region sharing and increasing its wealth together instead of grabbing land and destroying infrastructure. Israel needs a "Peace Corps" like President Kennedy introduced in the 1960s. It has all the military material it needs. it has all the land it needs. It thinks it has all the friends it needs, but it hasn't. There are in Israel many Israelis who stand against their government's military approach. The aggressive approach has, over decades, won Isreal nothing but terrorism and enmity. It's time to try the "Peace Corps" approach to win friends and influence people.

The UN mandate should be enforced regarding the disarming of the Hezbollah. They have refused to abide by that mandate for more than 2 years. Preventing them from conintuing to rearm, should be a first priority at this time. If they continue in this fashion, what right do they think they have, to complain about Israel not following those UN mandates?

for a start Israel should keep to the cease fire agreement!
Just how provocative is it to go and launch an attack on a country that they have agreed a ceasefire with?
This says they are not trustworthy.
Israel's cruelty and sheer disregard for human life is barbaric.
They have intelligent bombs and if they desired could avoid the civilians but they choose to cause terror regardless that innocent children are killed.
I am a white English Christian have no affinity to either side but the way Israel are tackling this causes worldwide outrage but they ignore world opinion.
America don't help, by being pro Israeli regardless of the situation

The only way it can happen is for neighbouring Arab countries to get involved diplomatically. It's in their interests as much as anyone to have stable Middle East. Israel is not going to go away so can't some kind of mutual respect be found.
